Nano – boron nitride is a white loose, non – toxic, soft and smooth powder. It has many properties similar to graphite, so it has the name of “white graphite” and good lubricity. At the same time, it has excellent corrosion resistance and is stable to carbon tetrachloride, concentrated sulfuric acid, concentrated nitric acid and concentrated phosphoric acid. Nano boron nitride also has good thermal conductivity, under high temperature condition, still has good electrical insulation (under 2000 ℃ high temperature, the resistivity of it can achieve 1900 o mm), is the optimization of thermal conductive plastics and thermal conductive rubber additives.
