Method for preparing nanometer magnesium carbonate crystals

The invention relates to a method for preparing nanometer magnesium carbonate crystals, which can prepare nanometer magnesium carbonate crystals with high speed and high purity.
To realize the above purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is to design a method for preparing nanometer magnesium carbonate crystals, including the following steps:
1) Prepare MgCl2 solution with concentration of 3.2mol/l, and add 1.2g/l block polyoxyethylene polyoxyethylene ether,
1.5g/l glycol monostearate and 2.2g/l hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose were mixed slowly and evenly to obtain solution A;
2) Ammonia solution with concentration of 1.3mol/l was prepared, and a certain amount of CO gas was added, so that the molar ratio of NH + to CO was 2:1. Then 1.3g/l nano silica powder with average particle size of 25nm was added, and the B solution was obtained by slowly stirring evenly.
3) At 65℃, A certain amount of solution A was slowly added to solution B to maintain the mole of Mg + ∶ NH + ∶ CO
The ratio was 1:4:2. After dripping, the product was obtained by slowly stirring for 10 minutes and letting it stand for 40 minutes. Then, the product was filtered under pressure and washed repeatedly with anaqueous ethanol for 6 times and dried at 125℃ for 5h.
