Use: as phosphate glass. Fluorophosphate glass and laser fusion glass additive. In oxygen phosphate glass, it has better moisture resistance and lower refractive index than other phosphate metaphosphates, and the Abbe number is also larger, so the UV part of the glass is relatively low, which can improve the thermal stability, chemical stability and high mechanical strength of the glass. It can also be used as a high temperature binder to improve the compressive performance of the prefabricated parts. High purity aluminum metamophosphate is a special factor material in semiconductor silicon.
Aluminum metaphosphate has better moisture resistance and lower refractive index than other metaphosphates in fluorophosphate glass, and the Abbe number is larger, so that the ultraviolet partial dispersion of the glass is low, the chemical stability and mechanical strength are high, and the chemical stability is 3 orders of magnitude higher than that of zirconium fluoride based glass.
