Nucleating masterbatch

It is a functional masterbatch product designed to improve the nucleation crystallization and heat resistance of PP. The main functional materials of the product are nanoparticle inorganic-organic coated nucleation crystallization and heat-resistant dispersion. It makes up for the limited application of conventional products due to the failure of functions caused by single nucleation or agglomeration.

It can be widely used in the modification and molding of polyester products such as PP. It has obvious effect on improving crystallization speed, heat resistance and mechanical properties of PP.
According to the needs of use, the general addition amount is 3-5% (the total amount of PP raw materials) uniformly mixed modified extrusion, or directly formed products
Character
1. Appearance: white particles;
2. Active ingredients: PP, Si, Al, Mg, Ti, C, etc.
3. Processing temperature: 170-210℃;
4. Water content: ≤0.3%;
5. Recommended dosage: 3-5%

Apply
1. Recommended dosage: 3% ~ 5% of the total amount of main material;
2. Usage: In the PP mixing process, the HZ2500 masterbatch, processing AIDS, color fillers are put into the (medium) high mixing machine to mix evenly, which can modify or directly injection molding and extrusion molding products.
