Product usage:
Conductive ceramic material. It is one of the main raw materials of vacuum coating electroconductive evaporation boat.
Ceramic cutting tools and molds. Can manufacture fine processing tools, drawing die, extrusion die, sandblasting nozzle, sealing components.
Composite ceramic material. It can be used as an important component of multi-component composite materials, and composed of TiC, TiN, SiC and other materials to make various high-temperature resistant parts and functional parts, such as high-temperature crucible, engine parts and so on. It is also one of the best materials for making armor protection materials.
Aluminum electrolytic cell cathode coating material. Because TiB2 and aluminum liquid have good wettability, using TiB2 as the cathode coating material of aluminum electrolytic cell can reduce the power consumption of aluminum electrolytic cell and prolong the life of aluminum electrolytic cell.
